Our growth plan

Our development follows four phases, guided by available resources, partnerships and operational capacity.

Phase I
Establish
2021–2025
Secure land, establish basic infrastructure, develop livestock activities, begin community programs and build conservation partnerships.
Phase II
Professionalize
2025–2027
Strengthen governance, ranger capacity and monitoring; advance restoration of 200 hectares of riparian habitat; and develop tourism infrastructure and conservation systems.
Phase III
Scale
2027–2030
Expand towards 10,000 acres, grow viable enterprises, extend habitat restoration and community opportunities, and explore nature finance.
Phase IV
Landscape
2030 onwards
Build a financially resilient conservancy that supports wildlife connectivity and lasting community benefits within the wider Loita–Mara ecosystem.
